So sad to see summer slipping away, but still time for rosé! This 100% Aglianico has color, almost making you think it might be red. A fresh mixed berry and light cherry nose along with some herbal notes; the wine continues with a rather full texture in the mouth—dry plus some lively acidity. Enjoyed it with a first course of whole wheat pasta, tomato, eggplant and mozzarella, but also pleasant as an aperitif or afternoon sipper.
